Earthquake 2012

It is amazing to learn about the current earthquake patterns. There are many discussions around the Internet about the possible causes of increased earthquake activity. Some would theorize that it is caused by the presence of a certain heavy mass object that is located near the Leo constellation. So when the earth passes near the Leo Constellation side around the month of March and after 188 days cycle or by September the earth goes to the opposite side so during March and September there is major earthquake happening. Here is a good video that explain about this theory:

In my own opinion the earthquake pattern 188 days cycle prediction for September 2012 has just come true. Many people predicted the date September 26, 2012. On September 25 23:45:26 UTC the Gulf of California and Baja California Mexico was hit with 6.2 magnitude earthquake. And on September 26 23:39:54 UTC it hits Andreanof Islands, Aleutian Islands, Alaska with a 6.9 magnitude. Thanks God it wasn't too big!

Thinking about this earthquake pattern I concluded that there is possible truth about the 188 day cycle. But I also think that the earthquake disturbance doesn't just appear on the predicted date but it is sort of distributed through the days surrounding the big event for example one month before and after the predicted mega earthquake. And I have my own hypothesis that the other earthquakes affect the strength of the mega earthquake.

So let's check not only the predicted dates March and September, where March is the stronger and September is the weaker point, but also the surrounding months - February-March-April and August-September-October. It seems that this pattern started from 2010. Could this pattern be changing?

I can also see from the list of wikipedia.org that some bigger earthquake happened outside the 188 day cycle. But here I include few of the earthquake pattern from 2010 to 2012:

Feb. to April 2010
  • Feb. 26, 2010 - 7.0 magnitude Ryukyu Islands
  • Feb. 27, 2010 - 8.8   "             Chile earthquake
  • April 4, 2010 -  7.2    "             Baja California, Mexico
  • April 6, 2010 -  7.8    "             Sumatra Indonesia
Aug. to Oct. 2010
  • Aug. 10, 2010 -  7.3  -  Vanuatu
  • Aug. 12, 2010 -  7.1  -  Ecuador
  • Sept. 4, 2010  -  7.1  -  Canterbury, New Zealand
  • Oct. 25, 2010  - 7.7  -  Sumatra region Indonesia
Feb. to April 2011
  • Feb. 21, 2011 -  6.3 -  Canterbury, New Zealand
  • Mar. 9, 2011  -  7.2  -  Japan region
  • Mar. 11, 2011 - 9.0  -  Japan
  • Apr. 7, 2011  -  7.1 -  Miyagi Japan
Aug. to Oct 2011
  • Aug. 20, 2011 - 7.1 & 7.0  - Vanuatu region
  • Sept. 3, 2011  - 7.0            Vanuatu
  • Sept. 15, 2011 - 7.3            Fiji region
  • Sept. 18, 2011 - 6.9            Sikkim, India
  • Oct. 21, 2011  - 7.4            Kermadec Islands New Zealand
  • Oct. 23, 2011 -  7.1            Van, Turkey
Feb. to April 2012
  • Feb. 6, 2012  - 6.7 -  Negros, Cebu, Philippines
  • Mar. 20, 2012 - 7.4 -  Oaxaca, Mexico
  • Mar. 25, 2012 - 7.1 -  Chile
  • April 11, 2012 - 8.6 & 8.2 - Northern Sumatra, Indonesia
Aug. to Oct. 2012
  • Aug. 14, 2012 - 7.7 - Sea of Okhotsk, Russia
  • Aug. 27, 2012 - 7.3 - Offshore El Salvador
  • Aug. 31, 2012 - 7.6 - Samar, Philippines
  • Sept. 5, 2012  - 7.6 - Nicoya, Costa Rica
  • Sept. 25, 2012 - 6.3 Gulf of California & Baja California, Mexico
  • Sept. 26, 2012 - 6.9 Andreanof Islands, Aleutian Islands, Alaska
This earthquake pattern is very notable from the year 2010, but could the date change somehow? There are other theories such as the planets, the sun and moon alignments. Last August 31, 2012 was full moon and blue moon (second full moon within the same month) and there was that big 7.6 earthquake in Samar, Philippines.
